JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the owner and controller, assisting in various accounting duties to support multiple hospitality operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 5 years of accounting experience who is proficient in QuickBooks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Software Proficiency: QuickBooks proficiency is a must.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Accounting: Pay and enter bills weekly, match bank transactions in Quickbooks online, weekly COGS reporting, weekly sales reporting, payroll, journal entries, and monthly financial closing.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.
