JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANT

Responsible for customer servicing cost control and accounting functions within K&P ME operations with particular emphasis on efficient, professional and customer yet friendly support orientated services. This will embrace:
· Preparing Invoicing using QuickBooks accounting software
· Manage the Audit and Vat Filing in coordination with the Audit Team.
· Must have the knowledge with the UAE Law in terms of Annual Leave & Final settlements of each employee.
· Follow ups with contractor on weekly basis in all pending dues for all projects.
· Review and reconcile bank statement and coordinate the same with K&P ME management.
· Process Salaries via WPS and payments to employees and suppliers respectively.
· Coordinate with local auditing firm for all type of insurance subscriptions and income tax to ensure correctness of information before submission to local authorities.
· Prepare project costing, study discount level.
· Maintaining project contracts in compliance with their respective terms.
· Reporting to the Managing Director on the finance and other performances on a monthly, weekly and ad-hoc basis with particular emphasis on any problem areas, cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Other responsibilities could be added to your job role as deemed necessary by the Managing Director in order to improve and maintain high efficiency of the Financial Level.
Your line reporting would be directly to the Managing Director on all matters.
Requirements:
· Age from 28 to 38 Years Old
· Well Versed in QUICKBOOKS Software
· 2 – 4 years in Accounting Field
Salary Range From AED. 3,000 to 4,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
