Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with WIP (Work-in-Progress) management, ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Handle trust account administration and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal audit checks and help maintain robust financial controls.
  • Review and verify billing entries prepared by the administrative team.
  • Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice checks, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Contribute to month-end closing and other finance projects as required.
  • Assist in cash management activities, such as monitoring multi-currency accounts, preparing payment requests, and processing payroll/vendor payments.
  • Support the preparation of management reports, monthly closing, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, legal, and business teams) to ensure alignment of financial processes with commercial activities.
  • Support audit, tax, and compliance reporting in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in finance projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
