Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the accounts receivable (AR) ledger, monitor and maintain up-to-date records for client accounts, and follow up on overdue payments
  • Professional handling of customer inquiries, including providing detailed customer reconciliations and statements as required, resolving payment disputes, and processing payments and refunds
  • Maintain accounts payable (AP) ledger, set up suppliers, and reconcile company credit card expensesSupport the month-end close process, prepare monthly, ad hoc, and accrual journal entries
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of the general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Manage digital filing of contracts and other documentation
  • Assist Finance Operations team with financial reporting and ad hoc financial analysis as required
  • Other accounting and administrative duties as directed by the Finance Operations team
