JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant (Female) with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounts payable and receivable, VAT filing, and corporate tax. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics accounting
• Strong knowledge of VAT filing and corporate tax regulations
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Female candidates only (as per company requirement)
• Must be available for immediate joining

• Manage daily accounting operations related to freight and logistics
• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and statements
• Perform VAT filing and assist with corporate tax documentation
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for payment follow-ups and account reconciliations
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support internal and external audits as needed
