As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance team with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). You will contribute to month end activities, preparing working papers and providing commentary and analysis concerning these focus areas. You will also work cross-functionally to assist with accounting operations, resolving issues and responding to inquiries. As well as:

• Process and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
• Prepare and send invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile customer accounts
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Support the preparation of monthly working papers
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
