YOUR MISSION

Odds Scanner is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Malta, on a full-time basis.
If you are seeking an opportunity to kickstart your career in finance and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team by maintaining organized records, handling queries, and assisting with invoice processing. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow with our company.

REQUIREMENTS

• A relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Must be already located in Malta;
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (nice to have);

• Upload invoices into the system
• Capture invoice information on the system
• Ensure that our company information appears correctly on invoices
• Follow up with suppliers on invoices and statements
• Related tasks as requested by the Accounts Payable manager
