Description

OK Decorations and Building Maintenance LLC is a leading provider of decoration and maintenance services in the UAE. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a fresher junior accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, billing, accounts payable & receivable
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and month-end financial closing
  • Help prepare tax documentation
  • Manage petty cash and staff expense claims
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal staff regarding payments and financial queries
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
  • Assist with office management tasks (supplies, basic HR coordination, scheduling, etc.)
  • Maintain organized and accurate digital and physical records
  • Perform various all-round office duties as required, beyond accounting responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
