Description
At Robots & Pencils, we’re looking for a Junior Accountant to support our growing finance team and help ensure accurate and timely financial operations. You will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day accounting activities, assisting with reporting, and supporting compliance with company policies and procedures. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across finance, operations, and management teams, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing a strong foundation for your career in accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports Support the processing of invoices, expenses, and payments Perform basic reconciliations of accounts and transactions Help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Provide support during audits and other financial reviews Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) Strong communication skills and willingness to learn English: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken) What We Offer 20 days of paid vacation All official public holidays 5 paid sick days Medical insurance Why Join Robots & Pencils?
