OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their accounting skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with corporate accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and bank reconciliation techniques.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, particularly Sage, is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Support accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions.
• Participate in corporate accounting activities, including month-end close procedures.
• Aid in regulatory reporting and ensure compliance.
