We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Accountant to join our dynamic team and support our upcoming exhibitions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.
· Proficient in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
· Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

· Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
· Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
· Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking.
· Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
· Generate financial reports as required by management.
· Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial guidelines.
· Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
· Perform other related accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
· Effectively and efficiently inspect bills and expenses.
· Follow up with customer for the pending payments, the reconciliation of customer account, and generating customer invoices.
· Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents (digital and physical).
