As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our Controller and help ensure the financial health and organization of the company.
Position Summary:
The Junior Accountant will assist the Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting long-term fiscal planning. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about accounting, eager to learn, and looking to grow within a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and classification
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations
  • Help manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer billing
  • Support monthly closing activities, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with budget tracking, cost analysis, and cash flow monitoring
  • Maintain accounting files and support audit and compliance processes
  • Participate in improving and maintaining financial procedures and internal controls
  • Support the Controller in preparing forecasts and financial models
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on financial matters
  • Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
  • 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred (industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and basic financial principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of a senior finance leader

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
