As a Junior Accountant specializing in Yacht Finance and Budget Management, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our fleet. Your responsibilities will include monitoring budgets, preparing financial reports, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with accounting and maritime industry standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for yacht operations, maintenance, and charter activities.
  • Monitor and track expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for yacht owners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with yacht captains, department heads, and management to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Support in the management of crew payroll, vendor payments, and other financial obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, maritime accounting standards, and tax requirements.
  • Assist in audits and provide documentation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely reporting.
