PT Cemarne Balicasa Theecolodge is a Foreign Investor Company located in Bali, specializing in Consultant Services, and is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to join our team. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Background: Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accountancy from a reputable university.
• Experience: more less 3 years of experience with an International Accounting system.
• Skills and Abilities :
• Ability to prepare & interpret financial statements and reports.
• Understanding of local and international tax laws and regulations
• Advanced skill in excel for data analysis and reporting
• Mature and confident with high motivation.
• Highly accurate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of performing well under pressure and able to work independently.
• Willingness to go the extra mile when necessary and maintain confidentiality.
• Attentive and polite with a professional appearance and punctuality.
• Outgoing personality with excellent social skills; proactive, flexible, and a team player.
• Computer literacy is essential.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or Management from a reputable university
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in hospitality Marketing & Operations
• Mature, confident, highly motivated, accurate, accurate, with excellent communication
• Proficient in both verbal and written English
• Full-time work and based in Bali

SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

• Ability to develop effective marketing and villa operation plans aligned with current trends and business objectives
• Ensure consistent service quality and seek continuous improvements in operational efficiency
• Familiar with online marketing tools and OTA platforms, with the ability to strategize for effective property promotion
• Proficient in customer relationship management to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Able to collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational capabilities
  Main Objective : Drive business growth through strategic marketing and streamlined operations while ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
