Job brief

We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records aligned with our companys objectives. If you have a strong interest in accounting and a desire to grow your skills, wed like to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• 1. Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. 2. Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation. 3. Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices. 4. Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. 5. Following up with clients for receivables via email, phone and visiting the clients if required, and escalating internally wherever necessary, and update status of the receivables on the Cash flow statement. 6. Receipts recording once a payment has been received from a client depending on the mode of receipt. 7. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. 8. Maintain
