POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus heavily on supporting clients during peak tax season, ensuring filings are prepared accurately and submitted on time, while also assisting with ongoing accounting, analytical tasks and compliance requirements throughout the year.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or tax preparation experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks required; knowledge of Drake and TaxDome software is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with modern accounting tools
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adopt new processes
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
