We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounting Clerk for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, with a focus on accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and exposure to payroll and general ledger functions.
Job Title: Junior Accounting Clerk
Location: Edison, NJ Fully Onsite | Monday through Friday
Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 annually
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Familiarity with AR/AP processes and basic payroll functions
- Exposure to general ledger accounting is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
