• Smoothpreparatory accounting process for both ZEITGEIST Asset Management and the
• propertycompanies managed international investors.
• Preparatoryaccounting for external financial accountants and FOND
• Verificationof incoming invoices C Payment transactions via ProfiCash
• Creationof outgoing invoices, contracts and business letters
• Charges toproperty companies and subtenants incl. calculations
• Checkingsupplied data and entering invoices in tools
• Datapreparation for standard C ad hoc reports to the management
• Ongoingdata maintenance for reporting purposes in monthly presentations
• Preparationof monthly and annual financial statements for tax consultants and fund
• Managers

Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, real estate,banking or at least
• Commercial training as a financial accountant, bank clerk or similar financialfields.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• EXCEL-Advanced KnowHow.
