Our Houston office in Texas is currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
You will provide accounts and administration tasks to the accounts team within your Region, both as part of a team and individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the company’s global accounts operations.

Main Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Basic accounts duties and admin including full compliance with local tax rules in line with Fulkrum’s processes.
  • Speaking with clients in your region to obtain signed timesheets/work orders as and when needed.
  • Liaising with coordinators to obtain the correct information for invoicing.
  • Ensuring all travel and expenses are billed correctly.
  • Addressing invoicing queries on an urgent basis
  • Raising and distribution of Sales invoices
  • Creating Pro-forma sales invoices
  • Processing inspector’s invoices on IRIS and Sage
  • Credit control daily.
  • Weekly reporting.
  • Ensuring monthly deadlines are met.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Able to work using own initiative.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Able to communicate with clients, suppliers, and senior members of staff.
