Description

Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent or 24-month Contract
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month
Contract Length: 24 months (if applicable)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and systems
  • Familiarity with the VAT system in Dubai/UAE
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in financial record management, budgeting, and auditing
  • Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and compliance
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the cleaning services or facilities management industry is a plus

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management, or a related field

EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferably 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with experience in home country.
