Role Rebag is hiring a Junior Acquisition Marketing Analyst to assist in managing key acquisition channels. This role will report to the Director of Growth: Responsibilities: Support ad operations for key performance channels including display and direct mail Manage weekly and monthly reporting for overall marketing performance, as well as high level reporting for key acquisition channels Work closely with Acquisition Marketing team to test new acquisition channels Collaborate with internal creative, brand and retention teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans and strategies Monitor campaign KPIs regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement Perform and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned within the Marketing scope Requirements: 1-3 years of direct experience executing and managing paid acquisition campaigns in-house and/or at a digital agency Ability to analyze large amounts of data into actionable insights in a timely fashion as well as communicating results in an organized and concise way Obsessed over the impact of your contribution to campaigns’ effectiveness Must have experience in reporting and customer analytics platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics) Startup minded, positive, hands-on attitude and nimble Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Ability to operate fully remotely and digitally Ability to work from home in a professional and rigorous way Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities Long term commitment and willingness to grow with the company
