Position Overview ARC Multifamily is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Junior Acquisitions Analyst to support the firm’s multifamily investment strategy. This role will be instrumental in managing deal flow, underwriting potential acquisitions, providing analytical analyses and market research to support the merits of multifamily real estate transaction decisions. The Analyst will assist in conducting financial analysis to facilitate internal decisions on buy, hold, sell or refinance scenarios. Key Responsibilities Manage all deals currently on the market as well as track any relevant sales in specific markets. Underwrite and tour a potential acquisition and be able to present the deal to the Investment Committee Maintain effective communication internally with other departments and externally with brokers and sellers. Direct an on-site Due Diligence. Coordinate with all RADCO Residential personnel, RADCO Construction, Third Parties and Seller’s management team. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current and forecasted market conditions. Education, Experience & Technical Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (or nearing completion) 1–3 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment, development, or related fields Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic to intermediate financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high attention to detail and willingness to learn Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analyses clearly to team members Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel nationally up to 30%, with additional local travel for property inspections
