Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to provide front-desk support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build experience in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
  • Perform filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist accountants with basic administrative tasks
  • Support the organization of documents and client files

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (required); post-secondary in office administration is a plus
  • 1–2 years of customer service or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
