Job Description Job Summary – We are seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to support finance and collections operations. This entry-level role assists with invoice tracking, basic accounts receivable follow-up, and maintaining accurate billing records. The position works closely with sales, collections, and finance teams to support reconciliation activities and help identify billing discrepancies. The role also involves professional communication with internal teams and external clients and provides general administrative support as needed. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented candidate eager to grow in an administrative and finance environment. Years of experience needed – 1-2 years Technical Skills: Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external clients. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze financial discrepancies and support resolution efforts. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and record maintenance. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, collections, and finance. Certifications Needed: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
