Your mission will be to support the smooth and efficient operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, assisting team members, and ensuring a welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors. As our Office Associate you will: Act as the main point of contact for office management tasks (supplies, vendors, equipment) Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, reports, and internal communications Support basic finance tasks such as invoice tracking, scanning, and filing documents Help the HR with scheduling, onboarding kits, and administrative follow-ups Assist Backoffice teams by handling accurate data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations Keep the office space organized and assist with internal events and team activities Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (completed or in progress) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with MS Office and basic tech tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Fluent in Greek and good command of English (spoken and written) Benefits: Indefinite contract🎉 Training opportunities to continue growing with us🎯 Private medical plan🩺 A welcoming and vibrant team that celebrates success together🏆
