We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a dental office or similar front desk environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient typing skills and familiarity with computer software for data entry and document management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
