POSITION SUMMARY

Provides administrative support for the facility by coordinating shipping, purchasing, time edits, AR, AP, and other month-end procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required, and one year of administrative course work or training in office administration; Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of office procedures
