Junior Administrator

Do you enjoy administration, organisation and chatting to people on the phone in a varied & fast paced environment?

We are looking for a highly organised individual who is keen to learn. This position is in a fast-paced environment and training is provided.

• Full Time Position, 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday
• Answering the phone, dealing with candidate queries
• Reference checks for blue collar / trades
• Phone screens and booking in video interviews
• Willingness to support the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment system administration, updating candidates notes
• Following administration processes in place
• Answering the phone
• Dealing with candidate enquiries
• Saving documents
• Sending out emails and ensure emails received are responded to within 24 hours
• Conducting reference checks
• Phone screens and booking in candidates for interview in person and via video
• Check ins with new employees prior to start date and one week after their start date
• Willingness to assist team members and support the team during peak periods to get the task over the line

Essential Experience:

• Previous administration experience is advantageous
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage own workload and prioritise
• Proactive at looking at how you can assist others once you finish your work
• Experience - Microsoft Outlook, Work & Excel is advantageous
• Willingness to assist, keen to learn, openness to receiving feedback and changes.
