ABOUT THE TEAM

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Affiliate Manager (Japanese-speaking) to join our team. This role entails crafting and managing impactful affiliate programs, building strong partnerships, and leveraging performance analytics to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. This will be the first person on the team who will be responsible for attracting partners in the Japanese market for our new product. You will have the opportunity to take the initiative on new projects to improve the affiliate program as a product.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing;
  • Experience in the Japanese market;
  • Proven ability to identify and establish strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies;
  • Fluency in English at B2 level or higher;
  • Native Japanese speaker.
Responsibilities
  • Search, attract, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models in the Japanese market;
  • Conduct daily affiliate hunting to expand the affiliate network;
  • Process incoming leads daily to identify potential affiliate partners;
  • Manage and develop relationships with current affiliates, ensuring their satisfaction and growth;
  • Coordinate payouts with and for accounted affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements;
  • Monitor affiliate activity for potential fraud and implement preventive measures;
  • Handle inquiries from affiliates and provide them with prompt and effective assistance;
  • Participate in internal and international affiliate events, including meet-ups, conferences, and business trips, both remotely and offline;
  • Collect feedback from affiliates and relay insights to the Team Lead for program improvement;
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to create detailed reports and provide actionable insights.
