Your job with us:

• Together with the team, you will develop ideas for campaigns, PR stunts, storydoing, social media, and creative activations – AI-first, fast, and with genuine cultural sensitivity.
• You research trends, social tensions, and brand and customer contexts, and translate them into initial creative approaches.
• You use LLMs as creative sparring partners and learn to arrive at better ideas faster with system prompts, structured context, and clear workflows.
• You prepare different approaches and initial concept scenarios in such a way that they are understandable, relevant and convincing both internally and in customer presentations.
• You can quickly visualize creative ideas with tools like Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, or similar image tools – turning a thought into a compelling idea chart.
• You present your ideas clearly and concisely – with a succinct description and a strong visual that makes the idea easy to understand.
• You will independently handle clearly defined briefings and provide support for large pitches, strategic topics, and new creative formats in close collaboration with our AI Creative Concept team.
