DESCRIPTION

At Blackbirds, you’ll work on smart AI solutions that improve decision-making. As a junior AI consultant, you’ll help build and apply AI models, analyze data and translate business questions into solutions. When not working on client projects, you will build your own AI project that adds value to Blackbirds.

SKILLS:

• Python, pandas, scikit-learn, GPT or similar
• Affinity with AI, data science and decision making
• Curious, sharp and solution-oriented

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

You are a student or graduate in AI, Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science or similar.

EXPERIENCE:

Study projects or own experiments with ML or AI count

• Building AI models or GPT workflows
• Experimenting with frameworks such as LangChain, Haystack or scikit-learn
• Validating analyses and model output
• Developing demos and prototypes
