Your future team

You'll be joining a newly created team driving the internal digitalization of the digatus Group – with AI as a native component of our approach, not as an afterthought. We're building from scratch: no legacy systems holding us back, but modern stacks and rapid iteration.

This is your contribution:

• Digitalization: Development of individual applications and solutions for internal departments – from the initial idea to productive use
• AI & Automation: Utilizing modern AI technologies and automation platforms to optimize processes and workflows
• Business Enablement: Collaboration with specialist departments to analyze requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
• Innovation: Identifying new applications for AI, automation, and digital tools within the organization
• Tool Development: Development of modern applications and services using current technologies and frameworks
• Personal responsibility: Taking responsibility for one's own topics and solutions throughout the entire life cycle
• Technology: Evaluation of new technologies, tools and platforms, and their pragmatic use in a business context
• Further development: Active participation in shaping our internal AI and digitalization portfolio

This is what makes you stand out:

• Background: Degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or comparable qualification; motivated career changers with a relevant portfolio are also welcome.
• Experience: Initial practical experience through projects, student work, open-source contributions, or own developments
• Development skills: Knowledge of modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js or React is an advantage.
• AI affinity: Enthusiasm for modern AI technologies, automation, and the productive use of AI tools.
• Can-do mentality: You work pragmatically, are solution-oriented, and independently drive topics forward.
• Communication: Enjoyment of collaborating with different departments and stakeholders.
• Curiosity: Interest in new technologies and the motivation to try them out and use them effectively
• Soft skills: Teamwork, initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Language: Very good German and good English skills
