Junior AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Building the AI ​​ecosystem, including further development and implementation of the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap
• Independent identification, evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases including business case and feasibility assessment
• Technology scouting and implementation of AI initiatives from conception to launch
• Establishing and ensuring AI governance, standards and compliance (GDPR, ethics, regulation)
• Central contact person for AI including knowledge transfer, internal consulting and external partner management

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, data science, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
• Initial practical experience with AI, ML or data science topics, e.g. through professional experience, projects or practical study phases.
• A sound understanding of AI technologies and their application
• Methodological and organizational skills, e.g. in project or stakeholder management
• High level of initiative, analytical strength and a proactive approach, combined with communication skills and confident handling of new, dynamic topics.
