Your tasks

You'll be involved in shaping the AI ​​and automation layer of our go-to-market strategy from the very beginning. What you build goes into production and is used daily by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• You will develop AI workflows for our go-to-market strategy. Currently on our roadmap: AI-powered outreach with clay enrichment, automated win/loss analysis from gong calls, and a churn early warning model.
• Automation (CRM hygiene, handovers, manual reporting) makes our go-to-market more efficient.
• You set up a signal-based outbound by tying in intent signals, implementing scoring and waterfall enrichment, and orchestrating sequences.
• Your playing field is the entire customer lifecycle. You pitch your ideas and build prototypes.
• Using the analyzed data from Metabase and Claude, you build dashboards for teams and leadership. Your learnings are incorporated into the next iteration, even if that means discarding and rebuilding.

Your profile

• You have demonstrably implemented your own automations, workflows and AI projects in your job or during your studies/internship.
• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations or GTM Engineering, or alternatively in Software Engineering with an interest in GTM.
• You have hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, APIs, MCPs, agent frameworks) and enjoy trying out new models before they appear in the newsletter.
• You have a basic understanding of SQL and data analysis and experience with a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
• You explain technical results in a way that GTM can work with immediately, and you listen well enough to find the real problem behind the request.
• You start before everything is perfectly defined and see things through from the idea to the finished result.
• You communicate confidently in German and English (at least C1 level).
• A plus, but not a must: Clay, Gong, Salesforce, Snowflake, Zapier/N8N and Claude Code. B2B SaaS experience.
