Description

Build and co-develop low-code automation solutions and AI agents, from Proof of Concept through to handover, together with business owners.
Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities across the organization.
Analyse and map business processes and recommend improvements to make workflows more suitable for automation.
Research and evaluate automation platforms and AI tools and support decisions on tooling and implementation.
Create reusable, plug-and-play automation tooling and frameworks that can be applied across LYNX.
Review and validate automations and AI solutions developed by other teams, focusing on quality, robustness, and risk management.
Support risk assessments together with business owners and stakeholders from Privacy, Compliance, and Information Security.
Maintain LYNX's Automation Registry, including Agent/Algorithm and AI System registers, and support appropriate risk classification.
Deliver training, guidelines, and hands-on coaching to increase automation and AI capabilities across the organization.
Advise business owners on monitoring, quality assurance, and change management for the automations they own.
Experiment with new technologies and validate Proofs of Concept against measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains, ROI, and risk reduction.
Work closely with Engineering and other Technology teams when automation opportunities require larger or more complex technical solutions.
