About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Aircraft Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-end aircraft interior concepts. This role is an exciting opportunity for a young designer to grow within the aviation industry, collaborating on innovative, technically demanding, and visually refined projects. You will support the design and development of interior solutions from concept to visualization, helping translate creative ideas into compelling 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials that support both technical development and commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities Support the development of innovative aircraft interior concepts, aligned with brand identity and technical constraints. Create and refine 3D models and high-quality renderings for client presentations and internal reviews. Develop mood boards, material boards, and visual storytelling presentations. Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, and detailing solutions, ensuring aesthetic and functional coherence. Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to support feasibility and execution. Provide visual and technical support to the Sales and Commercial teams for client proposals. Contribute to maintaining high standards of design quality, precision, and consistency. Profile & Qualifications Recently graduated or with 1–2 years of experience in Industrial Design or a related field. Strong creative mindset combined with a practical, problem-solving approach. Excellent attention to detail and sensitivity to materials, lighting, and spatial composition. Good understanding of materials, finishes, detailing, and rendering techniques. Proficiency in: Rhino (or equivalent 3D modeling software) Rendering engines such as V-Ray or Enscape Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) What We Value Curiosity and willingness to learn within a highly technical environment. Ability to balance creativity with real-world constraints. Proactive attitude and collaborative spirit. Passion for aviation, luxury interiors, or mobility design is a plus.
