Job Overview:
Working closely with, and supporting our Director of Brand Success, the Amazon Brand
Manager will help the account team on all aspects of running a client account.
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance and grow sales of our clients brands on Amazon.
Working with industry market leading software suites you will receive digital and on the job training and working directly with clients and our account management team you will gain valuable experience and develop digital marketing skills.

Duties:
- Day to day running of client accounts to quickly identify opportunities and possible challenges
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive brand engagement and grow sales
- Conduct experiments with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to identify what resonates best with the target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling brand messaging and visuals
- Analyse market data and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Stock forecasting to ensure the client has enough stock to fufill growing sales
Desired Skills:
- Any experience either in a digital sales role or intern or placement in a marketing role
- Graduate in business, marketing or digital marketing
- Analytical thinker who can analyse data to solves problems and drive a strategy
- Confident communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients.
- Ability to work as part of a small team and own challenges when needed
- A self-starter with good time management
- Ability to react quickly and multi-task across various projects at once when required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Location:
We are based in Southampton and have a remote working team as well as access to shared office space with gym, coffee shop, bar and restaurant onsite. We meet as a team a minimum of once a week, so you will be required to travel to Southampton at least once a week. This is likely to be more during the initial training period.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay. You MUST be eligable to work in the UK.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
