POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Amazon Specialist to support our Amazon retail strategy. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and mission-driven environment. As our company expands, this position offers growth opportunities to manage Amazon strategies across additional publishing brands and imprints.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Amazon Management:

  • Assist with day-to-day Amazon account management tasks, including listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Monitor product pages to ensure accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and A+ content.
  • Track and analyze sales data, traffic trends, and ad performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Help manage inventory forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC), assisting in execution and reporting.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and editorial teams to launch new products and seasonal promotions
  • Support multi-brand Amazon strategy development as company portfolio expands
  • Assist in competitive analysis and market research for children’s publishing sector
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to optimize book metadata and categorization
  • Support Amazon Brand Registry management and intellectual property protection

Customer & Compliance Management:

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and concerns in collaboration with Customer Service
  • Stay current with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance across all brand accounts and maintain consistent quality standards
