As a marketing agency, we believe in the power of data when it comes to informing strategic marketing decisions. As a result, we’re growing our Research & Insights department and are on the lookout for a Junior Analyst to provide insights into marketing campaign performance, current market trends and the retail/leisure industry.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys gathering and analysing data to provide detailed and accurate reports and insights
- Has experience using mathematical and statistical tools/methods to provide reports and interpret data
- Is a reliable researcher, able to solve problems, test hypotheses and find solutions related to marketing and business performance
- Has 2+ years work experience using data transformation, analysis and visualisation tools and techniques to support and inform business decisions

WHAT DO I NEED TO SHOWCASE IN MY CV TO STAND OUT?
We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence or similar and at least 2 years of work experience in an analyst role ideally within a marketing agency or relevant industry.

- Has experience using a range of data tools and techniques (e.g. Power BI, Python, statistical analysis) and is able to select the tool best suited to the task.
