Description
The Junior Analyst, Inpatient Clinical Documentation performs and coordinates complex analysis, design, development, testing and support services for assigned applications. Responsible for and oversees day-to-day tracking of issues and questions of daily operations as it pertains to the application. The Junior Analyst, Inpatient Clinical Documentation role is a full time role that will require flexibility of schedules of working hours. Hours may be subject to change to support the application during upgrades and on call. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field - Preferred * Prior experience working on maintenance, build fixes to small size projects of fifty (50) -- one hundred plus (100+) hours. * New York State License Staff Practical Nurse / Registered Professional Nurse -- HIGHLY PREFERRED * EPIC Clinical Documentation Application certification -- HIGHLY PREFERRED * EPIC Orders Certificate -- HIGHLY PREFERRED * Certificates in other EPIC Inpatient Clinical Modules a plus *   * Knowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and Information Technology management and staff. * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams * Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues * Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast --paced environment with changing priorities. * Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.) * Demonstrates ability to develop complex specifications for all aspects of applications, and familiarity with problem analysis, hardware/software configurations and application integration * Knowledge in coding
