POSITION OVERVIEW

Arrow Alliance Industries is seeking two motivated Junior GIS Analysts to support geospatial projects for the Bureau of Land Management located in Carlsbad and Roswell, NM. This role involves supporting mapping, spatial analysis, and technical troubleshooting to advance natural resource management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of education or experience in GIS, geography, environmental science, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS or similar geospatial software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma

  Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Perform GIS data entry, digitization, spatial analysis, and mapping.
• Identify and reconcile geospatial data gaps, inconsistencies, and errors.
• Conduct basic 3D/spatial modeling to support land/resource analysis.
• Compile data from multiple sources and maintain GIS datasets.
• Provide user support for GIS hardware/software and assist with troubleshooting.
• Support program documentation and administrative reporting.
