As part of our internal expansion, we are seeking a Business Analyst – People & HR to support our HR and business operations team with data-driven insights, process improvements, and effective communication strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in project-based analytical roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in analytical tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Work on project deliverables such as business process flows, use cases, user stories, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Conduct data analysis to validate requirements and provide insights for project decision-making.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring project outcomes align with business needs.
• Present project updates and findings to stakeholders in clear and actionable formats.
