SEB Corporate Finance is part of SEB Investment Banking’s team consisting of c. 400 professionals located in e.g., the Nordic capitals, Frankfurt, London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. Ideally, but not a pre-requisite, you are studying economics or finance. Further, you are a 3rd year bachelor student or a 1st year master student. Additionally, your GPA corresponds to the top 10% of your class and you are fluent in Danish as well as English, both written and orally.

• Have a strong level of numeracy and analytical as well as communicative skills
• Be willing to learn and constantly develop your skill set
• Work in a methodical and structured way with a focus on quality, details and deadlines

Experience from a similar position is preferred, but not required.

• Information gathering and processing for company, industry and market analyses
• Assist in corporate valuations and financial analyses
• Assist in preparation of company presentations, board presentations, investor materials, etc
