Tomar parte activa de los proyectos de la compañía relacionados con la transformación digital y apoyar a los account developers en aras de mejorar la satisfacción de los clientes Seguimiento de las solicitudes de servicio del cliente. Detectar oportunidades comerciales a través de los análisis de valor que se prepare para tus clientes, buscando traer nuevos negocios a NIQ Ejecutar actividades relacionadas con proyectos especiales para facilitar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos que satisfagan las necesidades de la empresa y los clientes. Responsibilities

The role involves building value deliverables by integrating contracted NielsenIQ services for the client and establishing client relationships by materializing added value in satisfaction-related KPIs.
