About you on this role Develops skills and knowledge in this role to support manufacturing operations by conducting laboratory analyses and evaluating results, along with other activities, as needed to provide data and results to the client. This is an entry level analytical role. No prior experience required. Responsibilities Trains to perform routine analyses under direction of senior team member until proficiency is demonstrated. Collects samples according to the Sample Plan. Performs basic preventative maintenance of analytical systems. Provides evaluation of validity of data for routine analyses and takes appropriate action. Monitors analytical systems and escalates problems as appropriate. Documents, communicates and archives analytical results and data. Follows EH&S and operating discipline management system (ODMS) procedures and practices for work tasks. Suggests improvements to lab work processes and tools. Escalates non-routine requests to appropriate team member for follow-up. Qualifications Completion of Vocational Education or Upper Secondary Education (High School Diploma or equivalent). No prior work experience is required; suitable for entry-level candidates with the right aptitude and willingness to learn. Your Skills Strong commitment to safety and operating discipline Ability to monitor and interpret process data and equipment performance Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn, upskill, and close knowledge gaps proactively Ability to work in shift-based environments and handle operational pressure Additional Notes This role involves shift-based work and requires close collaboration with plant operations teams. Autonomous Maintenance activities are subject to local agreements and site policies.
