When you join the Analytics & AI team in Milan, you are going to work on tech financial projects for top-tier clients in different sectors.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Innovative Software Development:

Build and maintain high-performance applications and microservices that underpin data analytics platforms;

Develop robust APIs and integration layers to seamlessly connect various internal and external data sources.

  • Data Pipeline Engineering:

Design, implement, and optimize data ingestion and transformation pipelines to process high-volume datasets from diverse energy systems and sensors;

Ensure data quality and integrity through testing, validation and monitoring processes.

  • Advanced Analytics & Visualization:

Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling into live production environments;

Create interactive dashboards and reporting tools that transform raw data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • System Optimization & Scalability:

Enhance system performance through code optimization, cost optimization, robust testing, and effective resource management;

Implement scalable solutions that support growing data demands and evolving business needs in the client domain.

  • Agile Collaboration:

Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration, to ensure efficient delivery of features and improvements;
Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and product managers, to align technological advancements with strategic objectives.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
  • Some knowledge in software engineering with a strong understanding of full-stack development;
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Javascript or similar) and experience working with data processing frameworks;
  • Some knowledge with API development, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies;
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and basic statistical modeling techniques;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
