Foundational understanding of array antennas, MIMO, and beamforming principles. Familiarity with EM simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST), with academic or project experience preferred. Working knowledge of MATLAB or Python for data analysis and algorithm verification. Strong curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
