Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior App Developer. This role will involve contributing to the development of our “Sidekick App,” developing additional mobile and web applications, and managing our backend databases. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of mobile app development and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain the Sidekick App using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms
• Implement features related to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication with our bionic devices
• Integrate and manage data using Firebase
• Collaborate with the wider engineering team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools
