Job Description 2+ years in automation, machinery, or engineering sectors Minimum of a tertiary degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Management, or an industry-related subject Fluent in English (additional EMEA languages a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively Self-starter with the ability to lead, work independently, and collaborate in a team environment Able to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines effectively Willingness to travel up to 50%, including six two-week international trips per year. Ability to work in an open office environment as well as industrial customer worksites Ability to sit at a desk for long periods, kneel, bend, and stand as necessary.
