What You’ll Do As a Junior Appraiser, you’ll build hands-on experience across multiple sectors. You will: Conduct on-site property inspections and gather accurate field data. Perform market, economic, and property research. Develop clear, defensible valuation reports, including: Real Property Appraisals Depreciation/Reserve Fund Studies Insurance Appraisals Risk Management Reports Balance fieldwork and office work to learn the full appraisal process. Collaborate with experienced appraisers and contribute to high-quality client deliverables. Travel Enjoy a dynamic mix of office and field work with up to 20% travel, primarily throughout Saskatchewan, with periodic assignments across Western Canada and nationally. For this role, candidates must reside in Saskatchewan. Who You Are An emerging professional who is: Completing or recently completed studies in business, real estate, finance, property assessment, or related fields. Willing to pursue the AACI designation. Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines. Proficient with technology and can learn new digital tools and systems quickly. Professional, client-focused, and strong at independent and collaborative work. Equipped with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Qualifications Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an asset. Relevant post-secondary education (completed or nearing completion). Experience with inspections, onsite data gathering, or reading construction plans is an advantage. Strong research and data analysis skills. Strong digital literacy, including efficient file management, data accuracy, and attention to detail when working with technology. Proficient with Microsoft Office A mix of education and experience will also be considered.
